Bacon wraps

- 5 thin steaks

- 5 bacon rasher

- Olive oil

- 1 garlic clove (crushed)


Wrap each steak in bacon slice to form a roll and seal them with toothpicks.

Some spoons of oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic.

Place wraps in the pan and fry them from all sides.

Low heat and let wraps cook until tender.

Remove wraps from the pan and add some spoons of red wine. Let it cook until it thickens to taste and pour it over the wraps. Add salt and pepper to taste.
