Salad Valenciana

Recipe: Salad Valencia


Ingredients (4 people):
Lettuce (romaine)
Valencia tomato (any tomato salad)
radishes
hard-boiled egg
tuna
onion
olives
Olive oil
Wine vinegar
salt

Valencia Salad Preparation:
Step 1: Clean the lettuce and cut.
Step 2: Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Step 3: The radishes are washed and skinned or just open.

Step 4: Cook the egg to make it hard. Cool and cut in slices as well.

Step 5: The onion is washed and cut into strips long and thin.

Step 6: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and seasoned with salt, olive oil and vinegar.
